A standard 13A domestic socket within 10m of the setup spot. No special wiring needed.
6–12 hours depending on temperature. We deliver the day before and start heating straight away, so it's ready when you are.
All three. We bring a ground mat for grass. Surface just needs to be flat and level.
Yes. Fresh water every hire, plus a chemical starter pack and a quick walkthrough.
Inflatables must be deflated in heavy rain or strong winds. Marquees are fully weatherproof. We monitor the forecast and advise.
Our standard castle needs about 5m × 5m of flat ground with 1m clearance on all sides. We'll confirm at booking.
Yes — a continuous 13A mains socket within 25m of the setup spot. We bring the leads. No mains? Tell us at booking and we'll arrange a generator.
A reasonably flat lawn or patio — slight slopes fine, steeper than a gentle gradient isn't safe. Send us a photo if you're unsure.
Yes, at all times while in use. We cover the rules — max users, no shoes, age groups — during the handover.

You get a direct number for the hire window. Call us first — we'll talk you through the fix or come out same-day if needed.
Yes. Delivery, setup, safety brief and collection are all included. Price you see is the price you pay.
Yes — a refundable deposit confirms the booking and is returned after collection if the kit comes back in good order. Deposits range from €50 (small inflatables) to €150 (full marquee packages).
Normal wear and tear isn't charged. Rips, burns, stains or missing parts come out of the deposit first. If repair costs exceed it, we'll let you know — no surprises.
Bank transfer, card, or cash on delivery. Deposit confirms the booking, balance due on delivery day.
